摘　　要：从老年泌尿外科术后谵妄的国内外研究现状、危险因素及机制等方面进行综述,为老年泌尿外科术后谵妄实施预防和干预措施提供理论依据,以期形成预防和降低老年泌尿外科术后谵妄发生的护理模式。This article reviews the current research status,risk factors,and mechanisms of postoperative delirium in geriatric urology at home and abroad,providing a theoretical basis for the implementation of prevention and intervention measures for postoperative delirium in elderly urology,with a view to forming a nursing model for preventing and reducing the occurrence of postoperative delirium in geriatric urology.
