摘  要:变电站照明系统是保障电力设备安全运行和维护人员作业安全的重要组成部分。针对变电站照明系统存在的能耗控制效率低、照明质量不稳定、管理水平滞后等问题,设计了基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的智能照明控制系统。系统采用西门子S7-1200 PLC为控制核心,通过模糊PID与天气补偿相结合的控制策略,实现了照度自动调节、场景模式控制等功能。在杭州110 kV翁梅变电站的应用实践表明,系统照度控制精度达到±15 lx,照明均匀度提升至0.86,能耗较传统系统降低了32.5%。研究成果为变电站照明系统的智能化升级提供了可推广的技术方案。The lighting system of substations is an essential component for ensuring the safe operation of power equipment and the occupational safety of maintenance personnel.To address issues such as low energy consumption control efficiency,unstable lighting quality,and lagging management levels in substation lighting systems,this study designs an intelligent lighting control system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).The system uses Siemens S7-1200 PLC as its control core and implements functions such as automatic illuminance adjustment and scene mode control through a control strategy combining fuzzy PID with weather compensation.The practical application at the 110 kV Wengmei Substation in Hangzhou demonstrates that the system achieves illuminance control accuracy of±15 lx,improves lighting uniformity to 0.86,and reduces energy consumption by 32.5%compared to traditional systems.The research results provide a scalable technical solution for the intelligent upgrade of substation lighting systems.
