摘  要:[目的/意义]鉴于知识产权强国的战略要求和新材料产业在我国未来高新技术产业发展的重要地位,本文旨在探究中国新材料产业高价值专利的空间分布特征和时空动态演进趋势,以期丰富高价值专利研究主体,并对新材料产业领域的发展提出更具针对性的意见,助力我国在未来的新材料产业战略竞争中赢得先机。[方法/过程]依托智慧芽专利数据库,采集2011-2021年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的新材料产业高价值专利数据,运用探索性空间数据分析、Dagum基尼系数、马尔可夫链方法探究中国新材料产业高价值专利发展的空间分布特征与演进趋势。[结果/结论]中国新材料产业高价值专利具有空间聚集的特征,且空间正相关性呈增强的趋势;整体空间差距呈缩小趋势,但目前依然有较大差距,且各地区间的差距是导致整体差距过大的主要原因。在空间演进上,中国新材料产业高价值专利的发展具有“俱乐部趋同”现象;在各地发展水平迁移方面,向上转移的概率大于向下转移的概率,整体上呈现稳中向好的发展趋势。[Objective/Significance]In view of the strategic requirements of intellectual property power and the important position of new material industry in the future development of high-tech industry in China,this paper aims to explore the spatial distribution characteristics and spatial-temporal dynamic evolution trend of highvalue patents in China's new material industry,to enrich high-value patent research and offer targeted advice for new material industry development,so as to help China win the initiative in the strategic competition of new material industry in the future.[Method/Process]This paper collects high-value patent data of new materials industry in 30 provinces(autonomous region,municipality)in China from Wisdom Sprout Patent Database from 2011 to 2021,and uses exploratory spatial data analysis,Dagum Gini coefficient,and spatial Markov modeling methods to explore the spatial distribution characteristics and spatial dynamics of the high-value patents of China's new materials industry.[Results/Conclusions]High-value patents in China's new materials industry are characterized by spatial aggregation,and the positive spatial correlation is increasing;the overall spatial gap is narrowing but there is still a large gap,and the gap between various regions is the main reason for the overall gap is too large;in the spatial evolution of the Chinese new materials industry,the development of high-value patents exhibits a phenomenon of"club convergence".Regarding the migration of development levels across regions,the probability of upward transfer is greater than that of downward transfer,indicating an overall trend of stable and positive development.
