摘　　要：间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(ALCL)是临床较少见的一种外周T细胞淋巴瘤,包括间变性淋巴瘤激酶阳性ALCL、间变性淋巴瘤激酶阴性ALCL、原发性皮肤ALCL和乳房植入物相关ALCL的4种不同亚型,这些亚型的临床和遗传特征存在异质性。本文对ALCL不同亚型的临床特征、风险因素、分子发病机制、病理学特征、免疫表型作一综述,旨在提高临床和病理医生对ALCL的认知。Anaplastic large cell lymphoma(ALCL)is a type of peripheral T-cell lymphoma that is rare in clinical practice,including four different subtypes:anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive ALCL,anaplastic lymphoma kinase-negative ALCL,primary cutaneous ALCL,and breast implant-associated ALCL.The clinical and genetic characteristics of these subtypes are heterogeneous.This article reviews the clinical features,risk factors,molecular pathogenesis,pathological features,and immunophenotypes of different subtypes of ALCL,aiming to improve the understanding of ALCL among clinicians and pathologists.
