中药熏蒸疗法联合康复训练治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究中药熏蒸疗法联合康复训练治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月东营市第五人民医院收治的120例痉挛性瘫痪患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(开展康复训练)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合应用中药熏蒸疗法),各60例。对比两组临床相关指标。结果:干预后,两组卒中患者运动评估量表评分、表面肌电图数值、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均降低,肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer、Berg平衡量表、日常生活能力量表评分均升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.026)。结论:中药熏蒸疗法联合康复训练治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者的效果显著,能够改善患者的各项肢体功能、神经功能,提高其日常生活能力。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation therapy combined with rehabilitation training on spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with spastic paralysis admitted to Dongying Fifth People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(rehabilitation training)and observation group(combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on the basis of control group)by random number table method,with sixty cases in each group.The clinical correlation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,motor assessment scale scores,surface EMG values and national institutes of health stroke scale scores of stroke patients in both groups were reduced,the scores of the body motor function Fugel-Meyer,Berg balance scale and daily living ability scale were increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.026).Conclusion:Chinese medicine fumigation therapy combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,which can improve the limb function,nerve function and daily living ability of patients.
