摘　　要：目的:探究多元化健康教育在精神分裂症患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月青岛优抚医院收治的精神分裂症患者70例为观察对象,采用计算机序列号随机分组,常规组35例予以常规健康教育,研究组35例予以多元化健康教育。比较两组精神状况、病耻感、疾病自知力及治疗态度、治疗依从性。结果:干预后,研究组焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、激活性、思维障碍、敌对猜疑评分升高,且高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组精神疾病病耻感量表中文版评分降低,且低于常规组,自知力与治疗态度问卷评分升高,且高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从性高于常规组(P=0.022)。结论:多元化健康教育有助于缓解精神分裂症患者病耻感,纠正其疾病自知力及治疗态度,提高治疗依从性,改善精神状况。Objective:To explore the application value of diversified health education in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of seventy schizophrenic patients admitted to Qingdao Youfu Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and computer serial number randomization was used.Thirty-five cases in the routine group were given routine health education,and thirty-five cases in the study group were given diversified health education.The mental status,stigma,disease awareness,treatment attitude and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,lack of energy,activation,thinking disorder and hostility suspicion in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the Chinese version of the stigma scale in the study group decreased,and lower than that in the routine group,and the scores of the self-awareness and treatment attitude questionnaire increased,and higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P=0.022).Conclusion:Diversified health education is helpful to alleviate the stigma of schizophrenia patients,correct their disease awareness and treatment attitude,improve treatment compliance,and improve their mental state.
