辛温之品在温疫治疗中的运用探骊

摘　　要：文章对温疫背景下各时期医家运用辛温药物进行总结,从理、法、方、药多维度进行梳理分析,发现辛温之品在温疫治疗中以其独特的配伍思想发挥了重要作用,其意深谙中医药治疫之精粹。正确认识和掌握这些有效方药中辛温之品的配伍内在机要,对于临床论治温疫类疾病具有重要意义。通过梳理历代医家治疫思想,认为辛温之品在温疫治疗中具有通透逐邪,开玄散热;芳香透热,辟秽化浊;寒温相佐,辛凉发郁;开窍启闭,苏醒神志的作用。本研究总结温疫背景下辛温之品的运用特色,以冀对现今温疫类疾病的遣方用药起到指导、借鉴作用。This paper summarizes the use of pungent and warm drugs by doctors in different periods under the background of epidemic febrile disease,and analyzes them from the aspects of theory,method,prescription and medicine.It is found that pungent and warm drugs play an important role in the treatment of epidemic febrile disease with their unique compatibility thought and function.It is of great significance for clinical application and treatment of epidemic febrile disease to understand the essence of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of epidemic febrile disease,and to correctly understand and master the internal mechanism of the compatibility of pungent and warm drugs in these effective prescriptions.By sorting out the thoughts of doctors in the past dynasties,it is believed that pungent and warm drugs have the functions of penetrating and expelling pathogens,opening Xuan and dissipating heat in the treatment of epidemic febrile diseases.Aromatic heat,filth turbidity;cold and warm,Xinliang drugs for relieving depression;awakening consciousness.This paper summarizes the application characteristics of Xinwen products under the background of epidemic febrile disease,in order to play an important guiding and reference role in the prescription and medication of epidemic febrile disease.
