摘 要:为了改善舰船推进轴系的润滑承载特性,基于赛龙材料良好的自润滑性能、抗冲击性能及过滤杂质等优点,结合橡胶材料的小刚度、易变形和低磨损特性,建立水润滑赛龙- 橡胶夹心轴承。以计算流体动力学和固体结构力学为理论基础,借助有限元分析软件建立流体域和固体域几何模型,并将流体域的数据传输到固体结构中从而进行单向流固耦合数值仿真计算,得到固体域的变形、应变和应力数据,并分析轴承在不同工况及结构特性下的润滑特性。结果表明:转速、偏心及长径比等参数的增加对轴承静特性有改善作用,对动特性无显著影响。不同衬层结构对轴承性能有规律性的作用。空化效应所产生的气泡能有效调节压力分布,增强轴承的稳定性。研究成果可为水润滑轴承的材料与结构模型提供一定参考。In order to improve the lubrication and load-bearing characteristics of ship propulsion shaft systems,a waterlubricated thordon-rubber sandwich bearing is established based on the good self-lubricating performance,impact resistance,and impurity filtering advantages of thordon materials,combined with the low stiffness,easy deformation,and low wear characteristics of rubber materials.Based on computational fluid dynamics and solid structure mechanics,finite element analysis software is used to establish geometric models of fluid domain and solid domain,and data from fluid domain is transmitted to the solid structure for one-way fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation calculation.The deformation,strain,and stress data of the solid domain are obtained,and the lubrication characteristics of bearing under different working conditions and structural characteristics are analyzed.Results indicate that an increase in parameters such as rotational speed,eccentricity,and length to diameter ratio has an improvement effect on the static characteristics of bearing,but has no significant impact on dynamic characteristics. Different lining structures have a regular effect on the performance of bearings. Thebubbles generated by cavitation effect can effectively regulate pressure distribution and enhance the stabilityof bearings. Research results can provide some reference for material and structural models of water lubricatedbearings.
