摘 要:强电复合脐带缆中的绝缘层、保护层和填充材料等属于非金属材料,有一定的耐受温度,研究其截面温度场需考虑电-磁-热耦合作用。采用基于国际电工委员会(IEC)标准的等效热路法、基于ABAQUS软件的电热耦合法和基于COMSOLMultiphysics软件的电磁热耦合法对在空气中敷设的三芯电力电缆进行稳态温度场分析,并将所得结果与试验结果相对比。结果表明,基于COMSOL的分析结果与试验结果更吻合。据此,采用基于COMSOL的电磁热耦合法对强电复合脐带缆进行温度场分析,以电流为50 Hz工频电流(400 A)为例,得到强电复合脐带缆不同功能单元的截面温度。研究成果可确保电力电缆或脐带缆在安全的温度范围内工作,对其载流量的设计以及安全运行具有指导作用。The insulating layer,protective layer and filling material in high voltage composite umbilical are non-metallic materials that have a certain tolerance temperature,and the study of their cross-sectional temperature field must take into account the role of electro-magnetic-thermal coupling effect.The steady-state temperature field of a three-core cable laid in air is analyzed by the equivalent thermal circuit method,ABAQUS electrothermal coupling method and COMSOL Multiphysics electro-magnetic-thermal coupling method in the international electrotechnical commission(IEC)standard,and compared with the experimental data.The results show that the electrothermal coupling analysis based on COMSOL Multiphysics is more consistent with the experimental results.Accordingly,COMSOL Multiphysics is used to analyze the high voltage umbilical using the electric-magnetic-thermal multi-field coupling method.The section temperature of various functional units of the high voltage composite umbilical is obtained when the voltage in the cable is 50 Hz power frequency(400 A).The research results can ensure that the power cable or umbilical operate in a safe temperature range,and have a guiding role in the design of their current carrying capacity as well as safe operation.
