设计总包中的设计效果及周期控制实践——以龙岗儿童公园项目为例

摘　　要：在经历了高速周转的建设期后,当前的建筑工程建设已逐步转向精细化和品质化的发展新阶段,建筑设计的模式也亟需转变其工作方法,以顺应行业的变化。在此背景下,设计总包模式逐渐成为行业的主流趋势。文章以龙岗儿童公园项目为实践案例,在设计总包的框架下,引入建筑师负责制的理念,设置“总设计师”团队,为项目的各个专项服务,贯彻设计理念,实现跨专业一体化、整体设计时序控制,并提供施工阶段的设计服务,为今后的实际运用提供参考。After experiencing a period of high-speed turnover in construction,the current construction engineering has gradually shifted to a new stage of refined and quality development;accordingly,the pattern of architectural design also urgently needs to change its working methods to adapt to the changes in the industry.Against this backdrop,the design general contracting model is increasingly becoming the mainstream trend in the industry.This article takes Longgang Children's park project as a practice case,under the framework of design general contracting,introduces the concept of architect responsibility system,establishes a"chief designe"team,provides specialized services for various aspects of the project,implements design concepts,achieves cross-disciplinary integration and overall design timing control,and offers design services during the construction phase,providing a reference for future practical applications.
