大型薄壁复杂钛铸件整体成形工艺设计及优化

摘  要:针对大型薄壁结构复杂的钛合金通道壳体整体铸造成形难、易变形等问题,采用3D打印模型,熔模精密整体铸造工艺成形。设计了平面底盘+顶部冒口的底注式浇注系统;借助ProCAST软件对充型和凝固过程进行模拟和缩孔缺陷预测,根据模拟结果对浇注系统和冒口方案进行优化;优化后模拟结果表明:通道壳体充型平稳,缩孔体积小于0.5 cm^(3)。经试制生产得到化学成分、力学性能合格,表面质量、内部质量符合GJB 2896A-2007 B级,尺寸满足GB/T 6414 CT6级的铸件。It is difficult and easy to deform the whole titanium alloy channel shell based on large thin wall structure.By using 3D printing model and precision integral casting process of investment mold,the bottom casting system of flat chassis+top riser was designed.The filling and solidification process of pouring were simulated and the shrinkage hole defects were predicted by ProCAST software.The gating system and riser scheme were optimized according to the simulation results.The optimized simulation results showed that the shell filling of the channel was stable and the volume of the shrinkage hole was less than 0.5 cm^(3).After trial production,the castings with qualified chemical composition,mechanical properties,surface quality and internal quality meet GJB 2896A-2007 B grade and size meet GB/T 6414 CT6 grade were obtained.
