摘  要:通过对ZTC4钛合金支架机加工后的表面穿透性裂纹区域进行形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、裂纹端口分析、补焊区域检测分析,确认了裂纹产生的原因,给出了避免类似零件失效的生产建议。结果表明:裂纹起源于支架的内壁,由内向外扩展穿透了整个壁厚。失效区域处于R角过渡边缘区域,是应力易集中的部位,且该区域有四处缺陷集中分布,薄壁部位补焊面积大,进一步引起了应力集中。分析得出缺陷集中、多次补焊是此次支架失效的主要原因。About 12 mm penetrating crack appeared on the surface of ZTC4 titanium alloy support after machining.Through the analysis of the appearance,chemical composition,metallographic analysis,crack port analysis,repair welding area detection and analysis of the failure area of the support,the cause of the crack was confirmed,and the production suggestions to avoid the failure of similar parts were given.The results show that the cracks originated from the inner wall of the support and spread from inside to outside through the whole wall thickness.The failure area is in the R Angel transition edge area,which is the part where the stress is easy to concentrate,and there are four defects concentrated distribution in this area,and the repair welding area of the thin wall is large,which further causes the stress concentration.The analysis shows that the defect concentration and multiple repair welding are the reasons for the failure of the support.
