摘  要:为提升铝合金零件在磨损、腐蚀等环境下的服役寿命,综述了目前国内外激光熔覆技术实现铝合金基体性能强化研究进展。总体来说,激光熔覆涂层技术在一定程度上提高了铝合金基体的耐磨性能,并在结合多种技术复合处理、数值仿真模拟优化涂层工艺与参数、加强新技术研发等方面提升铝合金基体表面耐磨性能进行了一定的展望。In order to improve the service life of aluminum alloy parts under the environment of wear and corrosion,the research progress of laser cladding technology to strengthen the properties of aluminum alloy matrix at home and abroad was reviewed.In general,the laser cladding coating technology can improve the wear resistance of aluminum alloy matrix to a certain extent,and has a certain prospect in combining multiple technology composite treatment,numerical simulation optimization of coating technology and parameters,strengthening the research and development of new technology to improve the wear resistance of aluminum alloy matrix surface.
