摘 要:为获得稳定的高强度低应力铸铁铸件,采用不同化学成分配比,得到不同成分组合的铸铁试样。测试不同Si/C比对材料性能和金相组织的影响以及合金化处理对力学性能和组织的影响,进行断面敏感性、残余应力、白口倾向的分析,选取Si/C=0.60~0.75,CE=3.60%~3.75%的铸铁成分,生产出来的铸铁件力学性能良好,硬度均匀,铸件变形小、稳定性好,符合高强度低应力铸件的要求。To obtain stable high strength and low stress cast iron samples,an experimental design with different ratios of chemical compositions was used.The cast iron samples of different compositions were obtained.The influence of different Si/C ratios on the material properties and metallographic structure as well as the impact of alloying treatment on mechanical properties and microstructure was studied.Analyses were conducted to assess section sensitivity,residual stresses,and the tendency towards white cast iron formation.The chemical composition was selected with a Si/C ratio ranging from 0.60 to 0.75 and a carbon equivalent(CE)within the bounds of 3.60%to 3.75%.The casting process developed based on this chemical specification yielded ductile iron components that exhibited superior mechanical properties.The hardness distribution across the castings was uniform,and the deformation of the castings was minimal,indicative of high stability.These attributes satisfy the stringent requirements for high strength and low stress of castings.
