补肾化瘀方联合仿生物电刺激治疗宫腔粘连分离术后患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾化瘀方联合仿生物电刺激治疗宫腔粘连分离术(TCRA)后患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月至2023年12月辽宁中医药大学附属医院诊治的64例采用TCRA治疗的宫腔粘连(IUA)肾虚血瘀证患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组(采用西药治疗,n=32)和治疗组(在对照组基础上采用补肾化瘀方联合仿生物电刺激治疗,n=32),比较两组临床疗效及子宫内膜容受性。结果治疗后,两组IUA评分、中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫内膜容积(EV)、血管化血流指数(VFI)、内膜区血管化指数(VI)及血流指数(FI)均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾化瘀方联合仿生物电刺激治疗IUA肾虚血瘀证TCRA后患者的临床疗效显著,可改善患者子宫内膜容受性。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huayu prescription combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation in the treatment of patients after transcervical resection of adhesions(TCRA).Methods A total of 64 patients with intrauterine adhesion(IUA)with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome treated by TCRA in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(treated with western medicine,n=32)and treatment group(treated with Bushen Huayu prescription combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group,n=32).The clinical efficacy and endometrial receptivity of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the IUA score and traditional Chinese medicine pattern score of the two groups were both lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant the differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial volume(EV),vascularized blood flow index(VFI),endometrial vascularization index(VI)and blood flow index(FI)of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Bushen Huayu prescription combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation has significant clinical efficacy in patients with IUA with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after TCRA,which can improve the endometrial receptivity of patients.
