摘 要:建立了一种同时测定水中17种全氟化合物(PFCs)和13种氟喹诺酮类抗生素(FQs)的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。17种PFCs和13种FQs在0.1~100μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(R)均大于0.996,方法检测限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.01~0.30 ng/L和0.04~1.00 ng/L。在不同加标水平下,目标化合物的回收率在64.1%~111%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~13%。将该方法用于检测工业废水中的2类含氟化合物,共检出9种化合物,其中全氟辛酸(PFOA)检出量最大,为118 ng/L。该方法可用于水样中2类含氟污染物的分析检测。A method based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was developed for simultaneous determination of 17 perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)and 13 fluoroquinolones(FQs)in water.The linear range of the 17 PFCs and 13 FQs was 0.1-100μg/L,with correlation coefficients(R)above 0.996.The method limits of detection(LODs)and limits of quantification(LOQs)were 0.01-0.30 ng/L and 0.04-1.00 ng/L,respectively.The recoveries of the target compounds with different spiked levels were in the range of 64.1%-111%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)from 0.9%to 13%.This method was applied to detect two novel fluorinated compounds in the industrial wastewater from pesticide plants.Totally,9 compounds were detected.Perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)was detected at the highest level of 118 ng/L.This method is capable of employing for the detection of two novel fluorine-containing pollutants in water samples.
