甜菜碱掺杂温敏型水凝胶的制备及表征

摘  要:本文以海藻酸钠(SA)天然高分子为骨架,甜菜碱(Bet)为两性离子掺杂剂,N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)为温敏性单体,过硫酸钾作为引发剂,制备得到甜菜碱改性温敏性水凝胶。高分子量的海藻酸钠是水凝胶第一网络,温敏性单体通过自由基聚合成为聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺,构成水凝胶的第二网络。通过红外谱图分析验证复合材料中具备了水凝胶的特征峰;根据扫描电镜的形貌显示为三维网状结构;通过接触角测试,亲水性表现优异,Bet/SA/NIPAM复合水凝胶均保持在20.44°左右。In this paper,betaine modified thermosensitive hydrogel was prepared by using natural sodium alginate polymer as the scaffold,betaine as the amphoteric ion dopant,N-isopropylacrylamide as the thermosensitive monomer,and potassium persulfate as the initiator.The sodium alginate polymer was the first network of the hydrogel,and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)polymerized by the thermosensitive monomer through free radical polymerization formed the second network of the hydrogel.The characteristic peak of hydrogel in the composite was verified by infrared spectrum analysis.According to the morphology of scanning electron microscope,it showed a three-dimensional network structure.Through the contact angle test,the hydrophilicity was excellent,and the Bet/SA/NIPAM composite hydrogels were kept at about 20.44°.
