摘　　要：运用文献计量学方法,对1999~2023年足球后备人才文献特征进行分析,回顾和梳理足球后备人才研究进展和议题变化并提出展望.研究表明,二十多年来有关足球后备人才的研究经历了初步探索阶段(1999~2008年):从国家层面、省市地区层面进行现状研究,研究成果也不断增多,并为下一阶段足球后备人才的发展研究奠定了一定的基础;第二阶段为快速发展阶段(2009~2014):研究逐渐深入到校园足球与中外对比,以及培养的体制机制的研究,结合最新的政策实践,研究内容也逐渐丰富;第三阶段为内涵发展阶段(2015~至今):在校园足球回归教育系统,以及《中国足球改革方案》等一系列政策的颁布,逐渐扩大了对足球后备人才的研究范围.在回顾梳理和评述的基础上,结合实践提出了未来的发展趋势:加强足球后备人才培养模式的多元化研究;加大对校园足球深度发展的研究;强化足球后备人才相关理论的构建;完善后备人才的研究内容;加大对女子足球后备人才的发展探索力度;加强竞赛体系融合路径的构建研究等。Using bibliometric methods,this paper analyzes the characteristics of literature on football reserve talents from 1999 to 2023,reviews and sorts out the research progress and topic changes of football reserve talents,and puts forward prospects.Research has shown that over the past 20 years,research on football reserve talents has gone through a p reliminary exploration stage(1999-2008):current research has been conducted at the national and provincial levels,and research results have been continuously increasing,laying a certain foundation for the development research of football reserve talents in the next stage;The second stage is the rapid development stage(2009-2014):the research gradually delves into the comparison of campus football with China and foreign countries,as well as the study of the institutional mechanisms for training.Combined with the latest policy practices,the research content is also gradually enriched;The third stage is the stage of connot ation development(2015~present):with the return of campus football to the education syst em and the promulgation of a series of policies such as the"China Football Reform Plan",the research scope on football reserve talents has been expanded.Based on a review and evaluation,combined with practical experience,future development trends are proposed:strengthening the diversified research of football reserve talent training models;Increase research on the deep development of campus football;Strengthening the construction of theo ries related to football reserve talents;Improve the research content of reserve talents;Incr ease exploration of the development of reserve talents for women's football;Strengthen the construction of the integration path of the competition system,etc.
