行为动机转换理念护理对妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者予以行为动机转换理念护理对睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响。方法:纳入2020年3月—2023年3月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的98例妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施行为动机转换理念护理,应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)分别对两组护理前后睡眠质量及情绪状态进行评估,详细观察两组遵医嘱行为并实施针对性评估。结果:护理前,两组PSQI评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组PSQI评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医嘱行为评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者予以行为动机转换理念护理可改善睡眠质量及情绪状态,使其在治疗期间保证充足睡眠,并维持良好心态,严格遵医嘱实施诊疗干预,继而巩固化疗效果。Objective:To explore the effect of behavioral motivation transformation concept nursing on sleep quality and negative emotion of patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Method:A total of 98 patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing postoperative chemotherapy who admitted to Fujian Medical University 2nd Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given behavioral motivation transformation concept nursing.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the sleep quality and emotional state of two groups before and after nursing,the compliance with doctor's behavior of two groups was observed in detail and targeted evaluation was carried out.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the PSQI score,HAMA score and HAMD score between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the PSQI scores,HAMA scores and HAMD scores of two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of compliance with doctor's behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing value of behavioral motivation transformation concept nursing in patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing postoperative chemotherapy can improve sleep quality and emotional state,ensure sufficient sleep during treatment,maintain a good state of mind,strictly follow the doctor's advice to implement diagnosis and treatment intervention,and then consolidate the effect of chemotherapy.
