新疆地区特色版权资源开发对策研究

摘　　要：知识产权是新型财产权,激励知识产权的创造与发展以及赋能创新,可为地区经济高质量发展提供持久续航。新疆地区地理位置独特,其“大杂居、小聚居”的特点使得民族文化与历史文化呈多样性积淀,特色版权资源丰富。开发利用好新疆地区的特色版权资源是推进我国文化迈向国际化的扎实一步,更是推动经济发展、彰显文化自信自强的有效途径。Intellectual property,as a new type of property right,incentivizes the creation and development of intellectual property to empower innovation and can provide sustained support for high-quality economic development in regional economies.The Xinjiang region,with its unique geographical location and its proximity to multiple countries,has a“large-scale ethnic groups living together and smallscale ethnic groups living separately”feature that has resulted in a diverse cultural and historical heritage with rich and unique copyright resources.Developing and utilizing Xinjiangs unique copyright resources is a solid step forward in pushing Chinas culture towards interna-tionalization and is also an effective means of promoting economic development and showcasing cultural confidence and self-reliance.
