摘  要:模切机主传动机构的运动与模切速度和模切精度密切相关,主传动机构易出现应力集中和受力较大现象,通过ANSYS有限元方法分析了主传动机构中主要构件的应力和应变。根据分析的结果,改进设计了模切机墙板的结构,研究了矩形窗口圆角大小和加强筋的宽度对墙板应力和变形的影响。结果表明,当墙板上筋的宽度为140mm,圆角值为25mm,墙板的应力和变形结果较好。The motion of the main transmission mechanism of the die-cutting machine is closely related to the die-cutting speed and accuracy.The main transmission mechanism is prone to stress concentration and high stress.ANSYS finite element analysis was used to analyze the stress and strain of the main components in the main transmission mechanism.Based on the analysis results,the key structure of the die-cutting machine wall panel is improved.The influence of the corner size of the rectangular window and the width of the reinforcing rib on the stress and deformation of the wall panel is studied.The results showed that when the width of the rib on the wall panel is 140mm and the corner value is 25mm,the stress and deformation results of the wall panel are better.
