摘　　要：八钢焦化共有4座55孔6m顶装焦炉,2018年为达到国家大气超低排放环保法规的相关要求,4座焦炉配套建设了3套活性炭一体化脱硫脱硝装置,其中A1及A2焦炉各采用“一炉一塔”布置方式,B1及B2焦炉采用“两炉一塔”布置方式。本文详细介绍了活性炭一体化脱硫脱硝技术在八钢焦化烟气治理中的应用效果,以及在实现焦炉烟气达标排放过程中遇到的困难和采取的应对措施。Baosteel Coking has a total of 455 hole 6m top mounted coke ovens.In 2018,in order to meet the relevant require-ments of the national atmospheric ultra-low emission environmental protection regulations,3 sets of integrated activated car-bon desulfurization and denitrification devices were built for the 4 coke ovens.Among them,A1 and A2 coke ovens adopt a"one furnace,one tower"layout,while B1 and B2 coke ovens adopt a"two furnaces,one tower"layout.This article provides a detailed introduction to the application effect of activated carbon integrated desulfurization and denitrification technology in the treatment of coking flue gas at Baosteel,as well as the difficulties encountered and countermeasures taken in achieving standard emissions of coke oven flue gas.
