摘 要:本文对湛钢2250热轧卷取自动定尾控制的现状及问题进行充分调研,结合现有设备条件,在L1系统上设计一种卷取自动定尾优化控制方法。该方法目前在2250轧线上稳定投用。在不增设硬件投资的基础上,大幅度提高卷取机的定尾自动率,由前期58.74%提升到99.87%,效果明显,同时也对稳定现场生产、推进自动化轧钢有着重要意义。In this paper,the status quo and problems of automatic coiling tail-setting control in hot rolling of zhansteel 2250 are fully investigated.Combined with the existing equipment conditions,an optimized control method of automatic coiling tail-setting control is designed on L1 system.The method is now in stable operation in 2250 rolling line.On the basis of no addition-al hardware investment,the fixed end automatic rate of the coiler is greatly improved,from the early 58.74%to 99.87%,the effect is obvious,and it is of great significance to stabilize the field production and promote the automatic rolling.
