摘　　要：本文介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司炼钢厂2300板坯锯齿型去毛刺机在使用中去毛刺情况。为了解决板坯毛刺问题,本文主要从板坯去毛刺原理进行分析,通过分析去毛刺去不净原因,确定影响板坯去毛刺的因素,并针对板坯毛刺去不净因素提出了合理的措施与对策。采取了这些措施后,板坯毛刺去不净现象明显减少,毛刺去净率得到控制,目前可以稳定在98%以上,处于非常好的状态。This article introduces the deburring situation of the 2300 slab serrated deburring machine in Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.'s steelmaking plant during use.In order to solve the problem of slab burrs,this article mainly analyzes the principle of slab deburring.By analyzing the reasons for incomplete deburring,the factors affecting slab deburring are de-termined,and reasonable measures and countermeasures are proposed for the factors affecting slab deburring.After taking these measures,the phenomenon of incomplete deburring of the slab has been significantly reduced,and the deburring rate has been controlled.Currently,it can be stabilized at over 98%,which is in a very good state.
