摘 要:微塑料在水体中存在持久,还能吸收各种有毒物质,最终经食物链进入人体,对动物和人体的健康都造成危害。为评价水体环境受污染的程度,构建基于鱼类体内外微塑料累积量测定的水生态风险评价模型。利用该模型测评某河流的水生态环境,发现采样点的污染负荷指数均小于1,表明属于轻度污染,微塑料的污染程度由低到高的排序为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯<聚苯乙烯<聚乙烯<聚丙烯。可见,该模型能有效检测微塑料的积累量,对及时发现水生态风险和维护生态平衡具有重要意义。Plastic persists in water and can absorb various toxic substances,ultimately entering the human body through the food chain,posing a threat to both animal and human health.Therefore,in order to evaluate the degree of pollution in the water environment,a water ecological risk assessment model based on the accumulation of microplastics inside and outside fish bodies was developed.Using this model to evaluate the aquatic ecological environment of a certain river,it was found that the pollution load index of the sampling points was less than 1,indicating mild pollution.The order of microplastic pollution from low to high is polyethylene terephthalate<polystyrene<polyethylene<polypropylene.It can be seen that this model can effectively detect the accumulation of microplastics,which is of great significance for timely detection of water ecological risks and maintenance of ecological balance.
