摘  要:某水务企业使用黄河水作为水源,进入4月后,随着气温和进水pH值的升高,出水铝含量达到临界值(0.19 mg/L),面临超标风险。药剂供货商与客户一起对水厂进水、工艺和使用的药剂进行分析,确定技术方案。总体来说,应调节进水pH值,更换药剂,调整药剂配方,在水厂实验室开展各种药剂配方调整试验。试验成功后,技术方案在水厂应用,根据试用结果,确认哪种方式可以降低出水铝含量,保证水质达标。A certain water company uses Yellow River water as its water source,after entering April,with the increase of temperature and inlet pH value,the aluminum content in the effluent reaches the critical value(0.19 mg/L),facing the risk of exceeding the standard.The pharmaceutical supplier and the customer work together to analyze the inflow,process,and chemicals used in the water plant,and determine the technical solution.Overall,it is necessary to adjust the pH value of the influent,replace the reagents,adjust the reagent formula,and conduct various reagent formula adjustment experiments in the water plant laboratory.After the successful experiment,the technical solution will be applied in the water plant,based on the trial results,it will be confirmed which method can reduce the aluminum content in the effluent and ensure that the water quality meets the standards.
