摘　　要：存量形势下的城市更新规划及实施面临全面转型,文章由此提出“全链—终端”模式框架。前者包含“全过程—全维度”的实施统筹模式、“跨学科—多专业”的实施支撑模式和“协作式—陪伴式”的实施服务模式;后者则针对“最后一公里”定制可推广的政策保障机制、可复制的市场参与经验和可持续的社区自治平台,走向空间正义。Urban renewal planning and implementation under the context of existing urban conditions are facing a comprehensive transformation. This paper proposes a framework called the "Full Chain and End-to-End" mode. The former includes an integrated implementation model of "Full Processes and Full Dimensions", an "Interdisciplinary and Multi-professional" model in support of implementation, and an implementation service model of "Collaboration and Accompany". The latter focuses on customizing scalable policy safeguards for the "last mile", replicable market participation experiences and sustainable community self-governance platforms, aiming at spatial justice.
