固本平喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾气虚证)的效果及对氧化应激、炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究固本平喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期(肺肾气虚证)的效果。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年2月我院收治的100例COPD稳定期(肺肾气虚证)患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组接受常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用固本平喘汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平均高于对照组,脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 固本平喘汤治疗COPD稳定期(肺肾气虚证)患者的效果显著,可促进肺功能恢复,缓解氧化应激反应,调节炎症因子水平,值得临床进一步推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of Guben Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)(lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome).Methods A total of 100 patients with stable COPD(lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome)admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Guben Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the forced expiratory volume at one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of catalase(CAT)and total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of lipid peroxide(LPO)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben Pingchuan decoction has a significant effect on patients with stable COPD(lung-kidney Qi deficiency syndrome),it can promote the recovery of lung function,relieve oxidative stress,and regulate the levels of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
