摘 要:目的 探究基于赏识教育引导的护理干预结合互动式健康教育对支气管肺炎患儿医嘱执行及心理状态的影响。方法 选择2019年2月至2022年7月我院收治的124例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组62例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于赏识教育引导的护理干预结合互动式健康教育干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的遵医服药、饮食管理及肺功能锻炼评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的气道阻力(Raw)、气道平均压(MPaw)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于赏识教育引导的护理干预结合互动式健康教育用于支气管肺炎患儿护理中可改善患儿的心理状态,提高医嘱执行力,促进呼吸力学参数恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on appreciation education guidance combined with interactive health education on the implementation of medical orders and psychological status of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 124 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on appreciation education guidance combined with interactive health education intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of medication compliance,diet management and pulmonary function exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the airway resistance(Raw)and mean airway pressure(MPaw)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on appreciation education guidance combined with interactive health education for children with bronchial pneumonia can improve the psychological state of children,improve the implementation of medical orders,and promote the recovery of respiratory mechanics parameters,which is worthy of promotion.
