摘　　要：目的 构建基于临床危机管理视域下的手术室安全护理体系并对其实施效果进行分析。方法 构建基于临床危机管理视域下的手术室安全护理体系,采用电脑随机法抽取2021年1月至12月(实施前)和2022年1月至12月(实施后)各200例手术患者作为护理安全不良事件的调查对象。比较手术室护理安全核心制度合格情况、护理安全不良事件发生情况及手术室医护人员的工作质量。结果 实施后的消毒隔离、手卫生、患者安全核查、器械核查合格率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后的护理安全不良事件总发生率略低于实施前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实施后,手术室医护人员的手术准备及术前访视、备用器械管理、医护沟通及术中配合、护理文件书写评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 基于临床危机管理视域下的手术室安全护理体系是创新手术室护理管理的有效方法,对规范护理行为、强化手术室安全管理及提高护理质量具有重要的应用价值。Objective To construct the operating room safety nursing system based on the perspective of clinical crisis management,and to analyze its implementation effect.Methods The operating room safety nursing system based on the perspective of clinical crisis management was constructed.The computer random method was used to select 200 surgical patients from January to December 2021(before implementation)and from January to December 2022(after implementation)as the survey objects of nursing safety adverse events.The qualification of the core system of nursing safety in operating room,the occurrence of adverse events of nursing safety and the quality of nursing of medical staff in operating room were compared.Results The qualified rates of disinfection and isolation,hand hygiene,patient safety verification and instrument verification after implementation were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing safety adverse events after implementation was slightly lower than that before implementation,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After implementation,the scores of surgical preparation and preoperative visit,spare equipment management,medical communication and intraoperative cooperation,and nursing document writing of medical staff in operating room were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room safety nursing system based on the perspective of clinical crisis management is an effective method to innovate the operating room nursing management,which has important application value for standardizing nursing behavior,enhancing the safety management and improving nursing quality of the operating room.
