基于治未病思想运用四君子汤合保和丸调理脾胃治疗心悸的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨以中医治未病思想为指导的四君子汤合保和丸调理脾胃治疗心悸的效果。方法 选择120例确诊为心悸的患者,通过随机的方法进行分组,分为观察组以及对照组,各60例。对照组患者应用常规的西医治疗方法 ,观察组在西医治疗基础上以中医治未病思想为指导应用四君子汤合保和丸调理脾胃治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的中医证候积分,不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率93.33%比对照组的78.33%更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组患者的心悸、消化不良、乏力、气短积分均低于治疗前,且观察组的心悸、消化不良、乏力、气短积分分别为(1.52±0.35)、(1.33±0.34)、(1.39±0.38)、(1.53±0.28)分,低于对照组的(2.16±0.43)、(1.89±0.45)、(1.91±0.43)、(1.93±0.37)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,无差异(P>0.05)。结论 基于治未病思想应用四君子汤合保和丸调理脾胃治疗心悸具有显著的治疗效果,能有效改善患者的症状体征,且不增加不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect on the treatment of palpitation based on the idea of preventive treatment of disease by using Sijunzi Decoction and Baohe Pills to regulate the spleen and stomach.Methods 120 patients diagnosed with palpitation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while those in the observation group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction and Baohe Pill to regulate the spleen and stomach based on the idea of preventive treatment of disease in addition to Western medicine.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 93.33%in the observation group was significantly higher than 78.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the scores of palpitation,dyspepsia,fatigue and shortness of breath in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the scores of palpitation,dyspepsia,fatigue and shortness of breath in the observation group were(1.52±0.35),(1.33±0.34),(1.39±0.38)and(1.53±0.28)points,which were lower than(2.16±0.43),(1.89±0.45),(1.91±0.43)and(1.93±0.37)points in the control group;there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The application of Sijunzi Decoction and Baohe Pill to regulate the spleen and stomach based on the ideal of preventive treatment of disease in the treatment of palpitation has a remarkable therapeutic effect,and can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
