中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 将60例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予中医活血化瘀法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清激素水平、症状积分、超声检查结果、治疗效果及用药后不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,两组患者血清激素水平、症状积分较本组治疗前明显降低,超声下子宫体积与子宫肌瘤大小较本组治疗前明显缩小,且研究组血清激素水平、症状积分低于对照组,超声下子宫体积与子宫肌瘤大小均小于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组的20.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫肌瘤患者实施中医活血化瘀法治疗,可降低血清激素水平,减轻相关症状,同时超声检查显示子宫及子宫肌瘤体积缩小,用药后不良反应少,治疗效果更佳,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis on uterine fibroids.Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis.The serum hormone level,symptom score and ultrasound results before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum hormone levels and symptom scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids under ultrasound were significantly smaller than those before treatment in this group;the serum hormone levels and symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids under ultrasound were smaller than those in the control group;there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.67%in the study group was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 3.33%in the study group was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis in the treatment of uterine fibroid patients can reduce the serum hormone level,relieve related symptoms,while the ultrasound examination shows that the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids is reduced,and there are fewer adverse reactions after medication,which makes the treatment effect better and is worthy of clinical promotion.
