摘 要:为分析风积沙-萘系减水剂充填材料的流动特性,以风积沙、粉煤灰、水泥及萘系减水剂为原材料,混合制备了胶结充填材料,通过极差分析、方差分析及多元回归分析方法,研究了因素(风积沙∶粉煤灰(质量比)A、水泥含量B、萘系减水剂含量C)对风积沙-萘系减水剂充填材料的初凝时间、泌水率、扩散度的影响。结果表明:在试验设定的水平范围内,风积沙-萘系减水剂充填材料的初凝时间为16~58 min,泌水率为4%~31%,扩散度为64.7~73.7 cm。3个因素对于材料初凝时间为A>B>C,泌水率为C>B>A,扩散度为A>C>B;说明风积沙与粉煤灰的质量比对材料的初凝和扩散度的影响最大,而萘系减水剂对材料泌水率的影响最大。建立并校验了在3个因素影响下该胶结充填材料的流动性、强度特性参数预计模型。To analyze the flow characteristics of wind blown sand naphthalene series water reducing agent filling materials,a cemented filling material was prepared by mixing wind blown sand,fly ash,cement,and naphthalene series water reducing agent as raw materials.The influence of factors(wind blown sand:fly ash(mass ratio)A,cement content B,naphthalene series water reducing agent content C)on the initial setting time,bleeding rate,and diffusion degree of wind blown sand naphthalene series water reducing agent filling materials was studied through range analysis,variance analysis,and multiple regression analysis methods.The results showed that within the horizontal range set in the experiment,the initial setting time of the wind blown sand naphthalene water reducing agent filling material is 16~58 minutes,the bleeding rate is 4%~31%,and the diffusion degree is 64.7~73.7 cm.The three factors affect the initial setting time of the material as A>B>C,the bleeding rate as C>B>A,and the diffusion degree as A>C>B;The mass ratio of wind blown sand to fly ash has the greatest impact on the initial setting and diffusion of the material,while naphthalene based water reducing agents have the greatest impact on the material's water bleeding rate.Established and validated a predictive model for the flowability and strength characteristic parameters of the cemented filling material under the influence of three factors.
