摘 要:为了给综掘巷道粉尘治理提供理论支持,运用CFD-DPM方法对综掘工作面风流-粉尘耦合流场进行研究,分析综掘工作面风流场分布特征和粉尘时空演化规律,进一步绘制呼吸带位置粉尘质量浓度云图,探究呼吸带位置粉尘颗粒的空间扩散规律。结果表明,综掘巷道内部风流场依据风流特征可分为涡流区、回流区和平稳风流区。在涡流区内,小部分粉尘受到综掘机上方横向的涡形风流场影响形成中等浓度粉尘带,在T=60 s时,平均浓度500 mg/m^(3);在回流区内,大量粉尘沉降于回流区,在T=50~60 s时,压风筒下侧粉尘沉积情况加剧形成了高浓度的粉尘聚集带,平均质量浓度高于750 mg/m^(3);粉尘扩散距离与时间的拟合曲线为y=3.35796 x 0.63632。在呼吸带位置,T=60 s时,在司机处积聚了750 mg/m^(3)高浓度粉尘群。In order to provide theoretical support for dust control in fully-mechanized driving roadway,the CFD-DPM method was used to research the airflow-dust coupling flow field of the fully-mechanized driving face.The distribution characteristics of the airflow field and the temporal and spatial evolution law of dust in the fully-mechanized driving face were analyzed,and a dust mass concentration cloud map at the position of the breathing zone was further drawn to explore the spatial diffusion law of dust particles at the position of the breathing zone.The results show that the internal airflow field of the fully-mechanized roadway can be divided into vortex zone,recirculation zone and steady flow zone according to the airflow characteristics.In the vortex zone,a small part of the dust was affected by the transverse vortex zone above the excavation to form a medium concentration dust belt,and the average concentration is about 500 mg/m^(3)at T=60 s.In the recirculation zone,a large amount of dust settles.When T=50-60 s,the dust deposition on the lower side of the pressure air duct is intensified and forms a high concentration of dust accumulation zone,with an average mass concentration higher than 750 mg/m^(3).The fitting curve of dust diffusion distance and time is y=3.35796x 0.63632.At the position of the breathing zone,when T=60 s,a high concentration dust clusters of 750 mg/m^(3)was accumulated at the excavation operator.
