摘  要:针对鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡负压气井的需求,研究出一套氮气微泡压井循环液体系,该体系基液由特制发泡剂、活性剂、复合稳泡剂等处理剂配制而成,该体系能与地层水在不同比例条件下具有良好的配伍性及抗污染性能、稳定性性能,体系具有良好的流变性能、承压封堵性能,污染渗透恢复率最低为94.76%,对岩心伤害率最高仅为5.24%,通过现场20口气井应用发现压井成功率达到100%,通过经济核算发现成本节约率可达51.70%,该体系具有良好的压井冲砂性能及降本增效的作用,可以在油气开采中大规模推广应用。A set of nitrogen microbubble well killing circulating fluid system has been developed to meet the needs of negative pressure gas wells in Yishan Slope of Ordos Basin.The base liquid of the system was formulated by special foaming agent,surfactant,compound foam stabilizer and other treatment agents,which has good compatibility,anti-pollution and stability with formation water under different proportion conditions,the system has good rheological and pressure sealing performances,with a lowest pollution infiltration recovery rate of 94.76%for contaminated permeability and a highest damage rate of only 5.24%for cores.It was found that the success rate of well killing reached 100%in the application of 20 gas wells on site.Through economic accounting,it was found that the cost savings rate can reach 51.70%.This system has good performance in well killing and sand flushing,as well as cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,and can be widely popularized and applied in oil and gas production.
