摘  要:【目的】研究露地栽培条件下不同微生物菌剂对草莓植株生长及子苗繁育数量的影响。【方法】以‘红颜’草莓作为试材,定植后用枯草芽孢杆菌、哈茨木霉菌、枯草芽孢杆菌+哈茨木霉菌、枯草芽孢杆菌+粉红粘帚霉菌、EM菌液5种不同微生物菌剂进行灌根处理,测定草莓田间植株生长趋势和子苗数量。【结果】总体来说,微生物菌剂对草莓苗期植株的根茎粗、单株总叶面积、净光合速率有一定的促进作用,5种处理叶绿素含量均高于对照;在促进草莓种苗繁育方面,枯草芽孢杆菌效果最好。【结论】微生物菌剂能促进草莓苗期植株生长发育及种苗繁育,采用隶属函数对本试验各项指标进行综合分析得出,每株灌根累计施入9 g枯草芽孢杆菌对培育草莓壮苗的效果最佳。【Objective】The effects of different microbial agents on the growth of strawberry plants and the number of seedling breeding under open field cultivation conditions were studied.【Methods】The‘Benihoppe’strawberry was used as the test material.After colonization,five different microbial agents including Bacillus subtilis,Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus subtilis+Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus subtilis+Gliocladiumroseum,and EM bacteria solution were used for root irrigation treatment.The growth trend of strawberry plants and the number of seedlings in the field were determined.【Results】In general,microbial agents had a certain promoting effect on the rhizome diameter,total leaf area per plant and net photosynthetic rate of strawberry seedlings.The chlorophyll content of the five treatments was higher than that of the control.Bacillus subtilis had the best effect on promoting strawberry seedling breeding.【Conclusion】Microbial agents can promote the growth and development of strawberry seedlings and seedling breeding.The membership function was used to comprehensively analyze the indicators of this experiment.It was concluded that the cumulative application of 9 g Bacillus subtilis per plant had the best effect on the cultivation of strawberry seedlings.
