摘　　要：本文介绍我国智慧社区建设的整体情况与典型建设经验,分析智慧社区在新时期发展建设新机遇。结合我国智慧社区政策与标准制定情况,从社区物联基础设施、社区数据安全共享、社区服务场景、社区整体安全等方面剖析当前社区建设存在的问题,提出了以数据+智能为依托的社区综合服务平台总体架构,从社区物联感知终端基础设施集约建设、社区数据要素价值深度挖掘、人工智能技术与智慧社区应用场景深度融合、社区全方位安全韧性建设等方面出发,提出了智慧社区建设发展关键建议与展望。This paper introduces the overall situation and typical construction experience of China's smart community construction,and analyses the new opportunities for the development and construction of smart communities in the new era.Combined with the development of China's smart community policy and standards,it analyses the problems of current community construction from the aspects of community IOT infrastructure,community data sharing,community service scenes and overall community security,proposes the overall architecture of community integrated service platform based on data+intelligence,and puts forward key recommendations for the development of smart community construction from the aspects of intensive construction of community IOT sensing terminal infrastructure,deep mining of the value of community data elements,deep fusion of AI technology and smart community application scenes,and construction of all-round community security resilience.From the intensive construction of community IOT sensing terminal infrastructure,in-depth excavation of the value of community data elements,deep fusion of artificial intelligence technology and intelligent community application scenes,and construction of all-round community security resilience,it puts forward important suggestions and prospects for the development of intelligent community construction.
