一款美容仪器的功效宣称及其评价方法研究

摘　　要：采用人体试验法对家用美容仪器类化妆品进行相应的功效评价研究。家用美容仪器主要包含了声波、离子传导、LED光照、EMS微电流、RF射频、激光等几类技术,以家用多效微电流类美容仪为例,探究其功效宣称办法。由试验结果可知,人体试验Ⅰ中31名受试者手臂角质层水分含量在8 h与空白对照相比显著性上升,人体试验Ⅱ中30名受试者皮肤纹理R5、经皮水分流失量TEWL、皮肤紧致F4值、皮肤弹性R2值、面部皱纹整体尺寸和深度、面部下颌线角度显著性下降,面部光泽度值显著性上升。结果表明,该美容仪器具有保湿、改善面部平整度、修护屏障、改善皮肤弹性紧致、改善面部浮肿的效果。This study investigated the efficacy requirements of cosmetic instruments and explored their efficacy evaluation methods.The efficacy and claims of common cosmetic instruments on the market were investigated,and human clinical trials were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of household cosmetic instruments.Household cosmetic instruments mainly include technologies such as sound wave,ion conduction,LED light,EMS microcurrent,RF radio frequency,and laser.This paper took microcurrent as an example to explore its efficacy claim methods.In human test I,the water content in the stratum corneum of the forearms of 31 subjects increased significantly compared with the blank control after 8 hours.In human test Ⅱ,30 subjects showed significant decreases in skin texture R5,transepidermal water loss TEWL,skin firmness F4 value,skin elasticity R2 value,overall size and depth of facial wrinkles,and facial jawline angle,and a significant increase in facial gloss value.The results showed that the cosmetic instrument had the effects of moisturizing,improving facial evenness,repairing barrier,improving skin elasticity and firmness,and improving facial edema.
