摘 要:本文探讨了实景三维技术在城市规划中的应用及其优化路径。首先,数据采集与管理的优化通过多源数据融合和自动化技术,提高了数据的精确度和管理效率。其次,实景三维模型的构建与渲染得益于自适应网格细化和先进渲染技术,提升了模型的质量和处理速度。最后,分析工具和决策支持系统的智能化应用,通过引入AI技术和交互式平台,提高了决策的科学性和操作性。这些优化措施为城市规划提供了全面的技术支持,推动了城市的智能化发展。This paper discusses the application of real-scene 3D technology in urban planning and its optimization paths.Firstly,the optimization of data collection and management improves data accuracy and management efficiency through multi-source data fusion and automation technology.Secondly,the construction and rendering of real-scene 3D models benefit from adaptive mesh refinement and advanced rendering technology,which improves the quality and processing speed of the model.Finally,the intelligent application of analytical tools and decision support systems improves the scientificity and operability of decision-making through the introduction of AI technology and interactive platforms.These optimization measures provide comprehensive technical supports for urban planning and promote the intelligent development of cities.
