活血通窍法治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通窍方治疗儿童痰瘀互结型过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分为两组各30例。对照组予口服盐酸西替利嗪片及糠酸莫米松喷鼻,治疗组在对照组基础上予活血通窍方,疗程均为28天。观察两组治疗前后中医各证候积分、鼻腔检查评分、PLT、EOS水平。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.67%、76.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),治疗组愈显率为70.00%高于对照组的40.00%(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组患儿各主症、鼻腔检查积分、EOS水平均较治疗前明显下降(P﹤0.01),治疗组各次症积分、PLT水平较治疗前明显下降(P﹤0.01),对照组面色口唇、睡眠质量积分较治疗前下降(P﹤0.05)。治疗组主症、次症、鼻腔检查积分、PLT、EOS水平明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05)。结论:活血通窍方联合盐酸西替利嗪片、糠酸莫米松喷雾剂能有效改善过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床症状,同时可降低PLT、EOS水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Tongqiao formula on children's allergic rhinitis with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:60 cases of eligible children patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral cetirizine and mometasone furoate for nasal spray,while the treatment group was treated plus with Huoxue Tongqiao formula on the basis of control group,and the course of treatment was 28 days for both groups.TCM syndrome scores,nasal examination scores and levels of PLT and EOS were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.67%and 76.67%respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).The markedly curative rate of treatment group was 70.00%,which was significantly higher than 40.00%of control group(P﹤0.05).In both groups after treatment,the scores of main symptoms,nasal examination scores and EOS level of children patients were decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.01),and the scores of secondary symptoms and PLT level of treatment group were decreased more significantly compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.01);the scores of complexion,lips and sleep quality of control group were decreased compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.05);the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,nasal examination scores and levels of PLT and EOS of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongqiao formula and oral cetirizine and mometasone furoate spray can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children patients with allergic rhinitis,and reduce the expression levels of PLT and EOS at the same time.
