摘　　要：文化新质生产力脱胎于马克思主义基本原理和文化生产力概念。新质生产力理论的创新发展为文化新质生产力的提出做好了理论准备,新时代以来党和国家在文化建设方面取得的重大成就为文化新质生产力的提出积累了实践经验,建设中华民族现代文明的文化使命明确了文化新质生产力的价值追求。文化新质生产力作为新质生产力的重要组成部分,同样具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征;发展文化新质生产力,需要在“两个结合”的指导下,不断健全现代文化产业体系和市场体系,发挥好文旅融合和人才引领的重要作用。The new cultural productivity is derived from the basic principles of Marxism and the concept of cultural productivity.The innovative development of the theory of new quality productivity has made theoretical preparations for the proposal of new cultural quality productivity.The significant achievements cultural construction by the Party and the state since the new era have accumulated practical experience for the proposal of new cultural quality productivity.The cultural mission of building a Chinese civilization has clarified the value pursuit of new cultural quality productivity.As an important part of the new quality productivity,the new cultural quality productivity also have the characteristics of high technology,high efficiency,and high quality;to develop the new cultural quality productivity,it is necessary to continuously improve the modern cultural industry system and market system under the guidance of two combinations,and play the important role of cultural tourism integration and talent leadership.
