摘　　要：从近年来新出台或者修订的电力建设工程质量监督的规章制度入手,总结分析新规章制度的主要变化和特点,探究新规章制度对行业的牵引和推动作用,为后续质量监督规范性提升和价值挖掘提供依据。Beginning with the newly issued or revised rules and regulations of quality supervision for power engineering projects in recent years,the major changes and characteristics of the new rules and regulations are analyzed and summarized,and the stretching and promotion role of the new rules and regulations on industry are investigated,which forms a basis for the subsequent normative improvement of quality supervision and value dredging.
