全面从严治党公众满意度的影响因素研究——基于2023年地方推进全面从严治党成效调查数据的分析

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,党中央坚定推进全面从严治党向纵深发展,全面从严治党工作取得重大成效。2023年地方推进全面从严治党成效调查数据显示,全面从严治党公众满意度在区域上存在差异,呈现出东高、中西低的特点。选人用人规范程度、党内法规执行力、腐败治理成效三大要素对全面从严治党公众满意度产生着或大或小的正向影响。其中,选人用人规范程度与全面从严治党公众满意度之间存在显著的正相关关系;党内法规执行力与全面从严治党公众满意度部分相关,其中党内法规对政治生态改善的情况越好,全面从严治党公众满意度越高;腐败治理成效与全面从严治党公众满意度部分相关,其中反腐败制度建设越完善、数字政府服务水平越高、公众腐败容忍度越高,全面从严治党公众满意度就越高。基于研究结论,各地方在未来的全面从严治党工作中,应坚持正确的选人用人导向,提高党内法规执行力,继续推进腐败治理向纵深发展,在制度治党维度形成合力,持续巩固和发展全面从严治党的伟大成就。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has firmly promoted the deepening of full and strict governance over the party,and significant achievements have been made in the work of full and strict governance over the party.The survey data on the effectiveness of promoting full and strict governance over the party in local areas in 2023 has shown that there were regional differences in public satisfaction with full and strict governance over the party,showing a characteristic of high in the East and low in the Central and Western regions.The degree of standardization in the selection and appointment of officials,the execution of party regulations,and the effectiveness of corruption governance have varying degrees of positive impact on public satisfaction with full and strict governance over the party.There is a significant positive correlation between the degree of standardization in the selection and appointment of officials and the public satisfaction with full and strict governance over the party.The execution of internal party regulations is partially related to the public satisfaction with full and strict governance over the party,the better the party regulations improve the political ecology,the higher the public satisfaction with full and strict governance over the party.The effectiveness of corruption governance is partially related to the public satisfaction with full and strict governance over the party.The more perfect the anti-corruption system is,the higher the level of digital government services,and the higher the tolerance of public corruption,the higher the public satisfaction with full and strict governance over the party.Based on the research findings,in the future full and strict governance over the Party,all regions should adhere to the correct orientation of the selection and appointment of officials,improve the execution of party regulations,continue to promote the deepening of corruption governance,form a joint force in the dimension of inst
