摘　　要：冠心病作为心血管疾病的重要组成部分,是糖尿病患者发病和死亡的主要原因。根据既往的流行病学和遗传学研究,2型糖尿病患者发生心血管疾病的风险显著升高,血脂代谢紊乱被认为是其中公认的主要原因之一。目前,大多数血脂管理指南都建议将低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)作为首要干预靶点。然而,即使经过他汀类药物治疗,2型糖尿病患者仍然面临显著的残余心血管风险。近年来,有关残余胆固醇的研究为解释这一现象提供了新的见解。因此,阐明残余胆固醇在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的作用,有助于更准确地评估残余风险和预后,并为患者制定更优化的预防和治疗策略。Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality among patients with diabetes.Epidemiological and genetic studies have consistently shown that individuals with type 2 diabetes have a significantly higher risk of cardiovascular disease,primarily due to lipid metabolism disorders.Current lipid management guidelines predominantly recommend targeting low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)as the primary intervention.However,even with statin therapy,many type 2 diabetes patients continue to experience considerable residual cardiovascular risk.Recent research on residual cholesterol has provided insights that may help explain this phenomenon.This review explores the role of residual cholesterol in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease,aiming to enhance the prediction of residual risk and offer improved prevention and treatment strategies for these patients.
