摘  要:中空纤维脱气膜由于能耗低、成本低的特点在气体分离领域具有广阔的应用前景。从材料和制备工艺出发,介绍了不同聚合物膜材料对脱气性能的影响,对比了非溶剂诱导相分离(NIPS)和热诱导相分离(TIPS)制备中空纤维脱气膜的优缺点。分析表明,提升脱气效率仍是提升中空纤维膜性能的根本问题,并指出可以通过改变涂料成分、寻找新添加剂的方式来改善膜结构以提升脱气效率。最后对中空纤维脱气膜的发展方向进行了展望。Hollow fiber degassing membrane has a broad application prospect in the field of gas separation due to its low energy consumption and low cost.In this paper,the influence of different polymer membrane materials on degassing performance is introduced from the materials and preparation technology,and the advantages and disadvantages of non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)and thermally induced phase separation(TIPS)prepared hollow fiber degassing membrane are compared.The analysis shows that improving degassing efficiency is still the fundamental problem to improve the performance of hollow fiber membranes.It is pointed out that the membrane structure can be improved by changing the coating composition and finding new additives to improve the degassing efficiency.Finally,the development direction of hollow fiber degassing membranes is prospected.
