摘　　要：介绍了云南磷化集团800 kt/a硫酸装置尾气脱硫装置运行后,硫磺制酸装置生产成本的变化情况。在尾气脱硫投入运行后,主装置负荷、产品及副产品、尾排指标等都有了明显变化,尾排SO2实现了超低排放,有效提升了环保核心竞争力。This paper introduces the change of the production cost of the sulfur acid production plant after the operation of the 800 kt/a sulfuric acid plant of Yunnan Phosphine Group.After the tail gas desulfurization is put into operation,the load of the main device,products and by-products,and the tail exhaust index have all changed significantly.And the tail exhaust SO2 has achieved ultra-low emission,effectively improving the core competitiveness of environmental protection.
