摘 要:随着我国城镇化进程的加快和城市人口不断增加,市政污泥产量逐年增加。以城市污泥为原料制备陶粒是降低处置成本、避免二次污染和提高污泥资源化利用率的有效方法之一。本文对比分析了市政污泥陶粒制备工艺及其基本流程,明确了影响污泥陶粒性能的关键因素;综述了污泥陶粒改性方法及性能提升的机制;最后讨论和展望了污泥制陶粒的应用前景。结果表明:原料比、预热条件、焙烧条件、外加剂的添加以及养护方式均会对污泥陶粒的性能产生影响;而碱处理、憎水处理和高温处理等改性方法则可强化其本征性能、力学特性、固化效果和吸附能力。优化污泥陶粒制备工艺,实现大规模生产,推进污泥资源化利用是污泥陶粒未来的研究方向之一。With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous increase in urban population in China,the production of municipal sludge has been increasing year by year.Using municipal sludge as raw material to prepare ceramic particles is one effective method to reduce disposal costs,avoid secondary pollution,and improve the utilization rate of sludge resources.This article compares and analyzes the preparation process and basic flow of municipal sludge ceramic particles,clarifies key factors affecting performance;summarizes modification methods for sludge ceramsite and their mechanisms for performance improvement;finally,discusses and prospects the application prospects of sludge-ceramic particle production.The results show that raw material ratio,preheating conditions,firing conditions,addition of additives,and curing methods all have an impact on the performance of sludge ceramic particles;while alkali treatment,hydrophobic treatment and high-temperature treatment can enhance their intrinsic performance,mechanical properties,solidification effects and adsorption capacity.Optimizing the preparation process for sludge ceramsite to achieve large-scale production is one future research direction for utilizing sludge resources.
