摘  要:在TC4钛合金激光焊缝中以Yb_(2)O_(3)的方式加入稀土元素Yb,探究稀土元素对TC4钛合金激光焊接接头组织、室温性能及高温性能的影响。研究表明:焊缝原始β晶粒内部存在弥散分布的白色Yb_(2)O_(3),能有效减小焊缝中心宽度,并细化β晶粒尺寸。当Yb_(2)O_(3)含量为6%时,焊缝中心宽度减小22.3%,β晶粒尺寸减小32.4%。Yb_(2)O_(3)能够提高钛合金激光焊接接头塑性,随着Yb_(2)O_(3)含量增加,焊缝室温伸长率和高温延伸率均呈先增大后减小的趋势,Yb_(2)O_(3)含量在6%时,室温伸长率达到最大,为6.8%,高温延伸率达到最大,为382%。Rare earth element Yb was incorporated in the form of Yb_2O_(3)into the laser weld of TC4 titanium alloy to explore the influences of rare earth elements on the microstructure,room-temperature properties,and high-temperature properties of the laser-welded joints of TC4 titanium alloy.The research indicates that there are white Yb_2O_(3)particles dispersedly distributed within the originalβgrains of the weld,which can effectively narrow the width of the weld center and refine theβ-grain size.When the content of Yb_2O_(3)is 6%,the width of the weld center reduces by 22.3%,and theβ-grain size shrinks by 32.4%.Yb_2O_(3)can enhance the plasticity of the laser-welded joints of titanium alloy.With the increase in the Yb_2O_(3)content,both the room-temperature elongation and the high-temperature elongation of the weld initially increase and then decrease.When the Yb_2O_(3)content is 6%,the room-temperature elongation reaches a maximum of 6.8%,and the high-temperature elongation attains a maximum of 382%.
