摘 要:高速列车车顶电缆终端伞裙根部的应力集中可能会诱发终端界面间产生缺陷,界面缺陷的存在会畸变电场分布,严重时会造成终端炸裂。建立流固耦合计算模型,仿真分析风向、安装方式和安装夹角对电缆终端伞裙形变特性的影响,并提出改善应力与形变的优化措施。仿真结果表明:安装方式和风速影响电缆终端伞裙边缘的形变量和伞裙根部应力,同一风速下,纵向安装时电缆终端伞裙形变量最大;横向安装方式下,安装夹角对于伞裙的形变和应力影响不明显;纵向安装方式下,安装夹角在15°~25°范围内,伞裙根部最大应力变化较为明显;适当增加伞裙材料硬度和在车顶加装导流罩均可减小伞裙形变量。文中结果可为车顶电缆终端安装方式和结构优化提供参考。The stress concentration at the root of the shed of cable terminal on the roof of high speed train may in⁃duce defects between the terminal interfaces.The existence of the interface defects will distort the electric field distri⁃bution and,in severe cases,will cause the cable terminal to burst.A fluid⁃structure calculation model is set up to simulate and analyze the influence of wind direction,installation mode and installation inclination angle on the defor⁃mation characteristics of the cable terminal shed,and the optimization measures to improve the stress and deforma⁃tion are proposed.The simulation results show that both installation mode and wind speed affect the deformation of the cable terminal shed edge and the stress at the root of the shed.Under the same wind speed and when installed lon⁃gitudinally,the deformation of the cable terminal shed in longitudinal installation is maximum.While,in horizontal installation mode,the influence of the installation inclination angle on the deformation and stress of the shed is not ob⁃vious.In the longitudinal installation mode,the installation inclination angle is in the range of 15°-25°,the maximum stress variation at the root of the shed is more obvious.Appropriately increasing the material hardness of the shed and installing a shroud on the roof of the train can reduce the deformation of the shed.The results in this paper can pro⁃vide a reference for the installation method and structure optimization of the cable terminal on top of the train.
