清热八味胶囊联合奥司他韦治疗流行性感冒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨清热八味胶囊联合奥司他韦治疗流行性病毒感冒的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月—2024年3月上海健康医学院附属崇明医院收治的流行性病毒感冒患者104例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组52例。对照组磷酸奥司他韦胶囊,1粒/次,每日2次。在对照组的基础上,治疗组清热八味胶囊,3~5粒/次,每日1~2次。两组用药5 d观察疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者症状好转时间,及炎性因子白介素-6(IL-6)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率(96.15%)明显高于对照组总有效率(82.69%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者发热、头痛、鼻塞流涕、全身肌肉酸痛等症状好转时间短于对照组(P<0.05)好转时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α水平显著降低,而SOD、IFN-γ升高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,SOD、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热八味胶囊联合奥司他韦治疗流行性病毒感冒,能有效缓解感冒症状,并可改善细胞免疫功能,调控炎性因子含量降低。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingre Bawei Capsules combined with oseltamivir in treatment of influenza.Methods Patients(104 cases)with influenza in Chongming Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control(52 cases)and treatment(52 cases).Patients in were po administered with Phosphate Capsules,1 grain/time,twice daily.Patients in the were po administered with Qingre Bawei Capsules,3-5 grains/time,1-2 times daily.Patients in two 5 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the symptoms improved time,the levels of SOD,IL-6,IFN-γand TNF-αin before and after compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate(96.15%)was higher(82.69%,P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of fever,headache,nasal congestion and body muscle soreness in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly decreased,but SOD and IFN-γwere increased in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of SOD and IFN-γwere higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Bawei Capsules combined with oseltamivir in treatment of influenza can effectively alleviate cold symptoms,which can also improve cellular immune function and regulate the reduction of inflammatory factor content.
